Job Description
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operations of the Inside Sales team to grow existing agency relationships and expanding to new agency opportunities focusing on all available Nat Gen products. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are able to grow their assigned agents profitably in collaboration with regional sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads inside sales team to drive sales results, retention, and profit across entire team
• Achieves team level agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio and other KPI goals by effectively managing the team
• Conducts ongoing coaching and performance reviews with team members
• Recruits, interviews and makes new hire recommendations
• Identifies training needs and works with appropriate departments to maximize performance
• Continually monitor sales metrics to maximize sales effectiveness
• Increase agent engagement through increased percentage of agents quoting and agents producing business

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $69,200.00 - 105,600.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
