Job Description:

The Instructional Designer will work with the Training team and Subject Matter Experts in designing learning activities and compelling course content. Apply instructional design theories, practice and methods. Update and develop training courses for all ITS departments such as Onboarding, Soft skill, Sales and Customer Service, Technical training, etc. Help manage the ITS LMS with uploading various content and other administrative tasks as needed. Create training content for the learning and development of employees. Assist in handling training-related tickets such as requests for new training materials, revision of existing content, feedback handling etc.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and create learning and development materials
  • Update existing learning materials
  • Assist in managing the LMS
  • Create training content and develop courses
  • Design and create communication materials, training templates, and other materials as necessary
  • Assist in handling training-related tickets
Job Qualifications:
  •  Skilled with training authoring software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, etc.
  •  Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, InDesign and etc. is an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable in instructional design theories, practice and methodologies.
  • Skilled in video editing, graphic design and audio editing.
  • Knowledge in administration and management of Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 360
  • Has great attention to detail and eye for design.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Can communicate independently with Subject Matter Expert and Managers to discuss training related items.
  • Can make decisions independently, if necessary.
Requirements:
  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10, macOS Big Sur.
    • Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload.
    • HD webcam
    • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings.
    • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM, Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Compensation:

Pay rate starts at $5.50/hour and vary by experience and location.
