Job description

We are looking for an energetic, customer service oriented, and self-motivated individual looking to grow primarily a Property & Casualty book. The position can be full-time (with benefits) or part-time. Business hours are flexible We have an office in West Chester , Pa,. Potential candidates must offer the following: • Current Property and Casualty License in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania • Strong oral and written communication skills to speak to clients/potential clients • Demonstrate strong customer service • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellence in relationship building and networking • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Capacity to handle multiple tasks at once Job Responsibilities: • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close insurance sales. • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Auto Dealers, etc. • Ongoing maintenance of the existing insurance book (report and follow claims, process endorsements, review insurance adequacy as needed, etc.). Compensation: Commensurate with experience with a stated hourly component/Salary and shared commissions. $$$$ Plus bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance Shift: • Day shift Ability to Commute: • West Chester, PA 19380 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: • West Chester, PA 19380: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
