This role offers the opportunity to lead and orchestrate high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that connect brand, product, and customer experiences. The Integrated Marketing Manager will translate strategic objectives into cohesive campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution excellence. This position requires balancing creativity with analytical rigor, managing complex timelines, and driving accountability across teams. You will influence key stakeholders, coordinate internal and external resources, and optimize campaigns to deliver measurable business outcomes. Accountabilities:

Translate brand and product strategies into integrated marketing campaigns with clear objectives and messaging hierarchies.

Define campaign architecture, channel roles, and GTM frameworks for major initiatives, including product launches and brand activations.

Collaborate with Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, Organic Social, Influencer, PR, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Clinical stakeholders to align on campaign goals, timelines, and assets.

Develop workbacks, ensure asset readiness, and drive coordinated execution across owned, paid, and earned channels.

Monitor campaign performance, synthesize results, and identify actionable insights to improve future initiatives.

Communicate campaign status, risks, and learnings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

6–10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, cross-channel campaign management, or product marketing roles.

Proven experience leading or coordinating multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Strong understanding of GTM planning, messaging frameworks, and campaign architecture.

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex timelines with multiple stakeholders.

Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills without direct authority.

Analytical and business-minded, able to connect campaign performance to business outcomes.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building scalable processes where needed.

Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
