Intern, Professional Services

We are looking for an exceptional Intern, Professional Services to join our growing team. In this role, you will also be responsible to:

• Complete Workato training to get familiar with our consulting methodologies and practices

• Support Workato’s ability to deliver business outcomes leveraging our delivery methodology and best practices

• Be able to analyze a customer's motivation, business drivers, strategic goals, objectives, and desired business outcomes.

• Assist Professional Services team members in engaging customers, especially senior stakeholders, by preparing information and materials as prescribed.

• Learn and participate in creating a compelling vision and clearly communicate our transformative solutions aimed at generating quantifiable success and business value from a customer's investment in the Workato’s Platform

• Build a great relationship with the Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success and regional Alliances/Partner organizations that are instrumental to success.

• Contribute to helping our team by creating document templates, program management, resource planning, and PSA implementation.

• Must be enrolled in an accredited and verifiable educational or professional program.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment.

• Creative approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with Google Docs.

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other business applications (i.e., time logging and tracking).

• Knowledge or experience of iPaaS (Integration Platform As A Service) is a plus.

• Ability to learn and follow best practice principles.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving start-up like environment.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
