We are looking for an Investment Advisor Analyst. The primary role of the Investment Advisor Analyst is to perform fiduciary assessments within the Centre for Fiduciary Excellence (CEFEX) program. CEFEX assesses and certifies advisory firms as conforming to a Global Fiduciary Standard of Excellence. This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CEFEX fiduciary assessments for all registration types.
- Work closely with the VP, CEFEX to help develop and execute product improvements.
- Develop a deep knowledge of CEFEX and Fi360 products, services, markets, and relationships.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Broadridge Fi360 Solutions Sales team.
- Support contracted CEFEX analysts in a technical capacity.
- Participate in CEFEX Registration Committee meetings.
- Develop and support industry stakeholder relationships as required.
- Maintain enduring client relationships and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Anticipate future market trends and develop new sales ideas.
- Aggregate Assessment Report data from CEFEX database on an annual basis.
Qualifications:
- High integrity and commitment to business ethics consistent with the mission of CEFEX.
- Three years US finance industry experience. Knowledge of the retirement plan market is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate, maintain and grow client relationships.
- Effective communications skills, including the ability to interact with senior executives of small to mid-sized RIAs.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, consistent with the flexibility to work remotely.
- Willingness and ability to travel for work-related activities (up to 25%).
- Professional designations relating to investment management or financial planning or a degree in business or finance are preferred.
Salary range $80,000- $ 95,000. Bonus Eligible.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
