Position: Full-time

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship

Location: remote with meetings in DC (candidates must be located in the DC Metro Area)

Clearance: Public Trust

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to meet federal requirements (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA).
• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and audits to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) and assist with Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
• Support incident response activities, including investigation and reporting.
• Provide security training and guidance to technical staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related field.
• Experience in managing RMF security controls and federal compliance standards.
• Strong knowledge of NIST guidelines, including SP 800-37 and SP 800-53.
• Public Trust or ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
