IT Applications Analyst & Scrum Master
Pluralsight is looking for an Applications Analyst & Scrum Master in the IT Enterprise Applications team to help deliver enterprise projects and features to our global user base. You will work cross-functionally with brilliantly creative individuals dedicated to their craft to support IT CRM (Salesforce), FinTech, and Architecture delivery/engineering teams.

What you'll own:
  • Scrum Facilitation: Facilitate and support Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of User Stories, Definition of Done, and adherence to committed delivery timelines. Assists with coordinating work across various teams as needed.
  • Performance Enhancement: Identify and implement refinements to team processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Impediment Resolution: Identify and address team impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Agile Coaching: Guide and coach Scrum teams in implementing Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
Experience you'll need:
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in business systems analysis or as a Scrum Master within an enterprise IT organization supporting business applications
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications delivery and familiarity with leading business applications platforms including Salesforce
  • Proven ability to manage dependencies, prioritize tasks, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills, with a demonstrated commitment to Agile values and principles.
  • Experience leading multi-functional project teams, including Agile Scrum teams working on complex, integrated platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of both Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, and other Scrum techniques.
  • At least one or more following Agile methodology and framework certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
