Early Morning shift5:00am-11:00am on weekends and holidays) main responsibilities - restrooms, trash, vac, mop ect... BUILDING LOCATED NEAR AIRPORT - Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas - Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces - Sweep, mop, vacuum - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Clean mirrors, and glass surfaces - Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor REQUIREMENTS 1. MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE 2. MUST HAVE VEHICLE 3. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK EXPERIENCE ** Must have janitorial experience and good communication skills ** - Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning - Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques - Strong attention to detail Summary As a Janitor/Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial facility during early morning hours on weekends, and holidays.
