WHEN RESPONDING TO THIS ADD PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU SELECTED THIS POSITION--HOW AND WHY DOES IT FIT YOUR SCHEDULE AND LOCATION 1.Early Morning shift: 5:00am-11:00am on weekends and holidays 2.Late Evening shift:5:00 pm- 11:00pm Mon-Fri BUILDING IS LOCATED NEAR AIRPORT/ EMPLOYEE MUST BE LOCATED NEAR AIRPORT - Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas - Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, common areas, and other designated spaces - Sweep, mop, vacuum - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Clean mirrors, and glass surfaces - Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap - Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines - Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor *****REQUIREMENTS 1. MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE 2. MUST HAVE VEHICLE 3. MUST PASS SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECK 4. MUST BE ABLE TO SUPPLY REFRENCES 5. MUST HAVE JANITORIAL EXPERIENCE - Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning - Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques - Strong attention to detail Summary As a Janitor/Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our commercial facility. Your core skills in cleaning, custodial experience, and floor care will ensure a hygienic environment for all occupants. With a focus on industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning practices. A valid driver's license is required, and your relevant skills in porter duties and facilities maintenance will enhance the overall efficiency of our operations.
