Jira and Confluence Administrator

How you'll make an impact:As our Jira and Confluence Administrator, you will support our suite of Atlassian Products at Strata. You will also serve as a technical expert and take full ownership of our applications. In addition, you'll provide technical support and training to our team on various tools.

• Manage, design, and administer Jira and Confluence Applications
• Serve as a technical expert and take full ownership of Jira and Confluence Applications
• Define best practices and standards for Jira and Confluence Applications
• Develop workflows automation in Jira
• Experience migration Jira and Confluence from On-Prem to Cloud
• Experience doing Jira process discovery and design session with business users

How we work:We have the flexibility to support both fully remote and hybrid work - our campuses are located in Chicago, IL and St. Louis, MO. Regardless of location, you'll have the chance to visit our Chicago headquarters throughout the year!What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Jira and Confluence administrator.
• Experience customizing and configuring JIRA,
• Experience in constructing custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA,
• Experience in constructing Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages,
• Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
