Job Title: Contractor Registered Nurse – Multiple Day Vaccine Events (Stanford University)

Location:Stanford University Job Type:Temporary, Part-Time Dates:Several Dates between (Sept-Nov)-more info TBD Anticipated Hours:Multiple Days (Exact schedule to be determined) Pay Rate:$65/hr Job Description: We are seeking 10 licensed registered nurses to support several on-campus vaccine events at a Stanford University. Nurses will administer both flu and COVID-19 vaccines to students, faculty, and staff. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented assignment ideal for professionals experienced in vaccine administration. Responsibilities: • Administer flu and/or COVID-19 vaccines to eligible individuals • Monitor for adverse reactions and provide first aid if necessary • Maintain accurate vaccination records and documentation • Follow all safety and infection control protocols • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for students and staff • Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Requirements: • Active RN license in California • AHA BLS Certification • Experience with vaccine administration preferred but not required • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced flu clinic • Strong attention to detail and documentation • Friendly and professional demeanor Additional Details: • All necessary supplies and PPE will be provided • Compensation will be per hour • Exact dates and hours will be confirmed closer to the event If you’re interested in making a difference in the community and helping provide essential vaccinations, we’d love to hear from you!
