Journeyman Commercial Service Plumber

Corridor Services, LLC is looking for a unique individual who is ready for something new and exciting! We offer Commercial Plumbing services to the Austin and surrounding areas. Existing & New customer relationships have successfully expanded our operation, creating the need for an eager technician, ready to work and be part of an experienced and professional TEAM. Our ideal candidate must be able to pass background check and drug screen as well as a driver safety test. Being Initiative-taking and independent is the key to success for this position! Responsibilities include the following: • Driving and operating a company vehicle • Represent self and company in a professional manner • Perform routine service plumbing tasks • Inspect and preform equipment service and repairs • Able to order materials appropriately • Sell work (other benefits included) • Rotate the on-call schedule and respond to emergency service requests • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Communicate with the office and upper management • Must provide hand tools • Valid driver's license. Qualified individuals are recommended to have a Journeyman's Plumbing License, ability to manage physical workload - working in/outdoors, climbing, crawling, stooping, lifting more than 50lbs, strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, robust knowledge of plumbing systems, hot water hydronics and the ability to read plumbing drawings. Some clerical duties include completing and submitting work orders and material tickets daily via an Android Tablet and organizing daily routes to ensure efficient timing. ***SIGN ON BONUS*** We value skilled tradespeople and want to reward you from day one.
