Our expertise spans residential service, repairs, upgrades, comprehensive safety inspections with tune-ups, panel replacements, surge & lightning protection, smoke & combination CO detectors, whole home generators, and LED indoor & landscape lighting. Job Type:Full-time Salary:$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule:8-hour shift Work Location:On the road (Arizona) Key Responsibilities: 1.Residential and Commercial Service:Perform electrical service and installations for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety protocols. 2.Diagnostic and Repairs:Troubleshoot electrical issues, conduct diagnostic assessments, and perform necessary repairs to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of electrical systems. 3.Upgrades and Improvements:Implement upgrades and improvements to electrical systems, keeping abreast of industry advancements and technologies to enhance overall performance. 4.Safety Inspections:Conduct comprehensive safety inspections, including tune-ups, to identify potential hazards, address code compliance, and ensure the safety of clients and properties. 5.Panel Replacements:Replace electrical panels as needed, ensuring proper installation and compliance with regulatory requirements. 6.Surge & Lightning Protection:Install surge protection systems to safeguard electrical systems and appliances from power surges and lightning strikes. 7.Whole Home Generators:Install, maintain, and service whole-home generators to provide reliable backup power during outages. 8.LED Lighting Installation:Implement energy-efficient LED indoor/outdoor lighting solutions, promoting sustainability and reducing energy consumption. 9.Customer Service:Provide Best-in-Class Service to customers, ensuring satisfaction through effective communication, professionalism, and quality workmanship. 10.Documentation:Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including work performed, materials used, and recommendations for future improvements. 11.Code Compliance:Stay informed about electrical codes and regulations, ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry standards and local code requirements. 12.Collaboration:Collaborate with team members, including supervisors and other technicians, to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional service to clients. 13.Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development. 14.Adherence to Safety Protocols:Prioritize and adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for oneself and team members. Qualifications: ·Experience (Required):A minimum of 5 years of Journeyman Electrician experience on commercial/residential projects, showcasing your expertise in the field. ·Certification (Required):Must have credentials proving a job history as a service technician on commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Journeyman license and trade school certifications are a plus. OSHA 10/30 training is a plus. ·Physical Aptitude:Ability to handle a physical workload associated with electrical installations. ·Problem-Solving Skills:Strong critical thinking skills to address complex electrical challenges. ·Proficiencies:Blueprint reading, Smartphones/tablets, and email. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Service Titan, etc., is preferred.
