Candidates should have experience with commercial plumbing systems and equipment, and they will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, fixing and maintaining commercial construction plumbing systems. Responsibilities • Journeyman Plumbers need to install various types of plumbing pipe and equipment • Install PVC, sweat and solder copper and cast-iron pipes • Install fixtures (sinks, toilets, urinals, fountains) • Journeyman Plumber needs to install and maintain plumbing systems used for drainage, sewage and potable water • Locate, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace plumbing equipment and fixtures as necessary • Enforce site safety procedures and policies Essential Job Functions • At least 5 years of commercial/residential experience in the Plumbing field • Familiarity with Plumbing schematics, blue prints and manuals • Familiarity with Plumbing equipment and hand tools • Valid journeyman plumber license if necessary • Must have own tools and reliable transportation • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
