We currently have an opening for a Sales Account Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of account management for designated customers. Position Responsibilities - Support sales of access control, intrusion and CCTV systems - Assist with establishing customer relationships at appropriate levels for key accounts leading to increased customer satisfaction. - Effectively perform needs assessments, develop sales proposals and estimates and attend job walks - Support the development, implementation and execution of a strategic sales plan for assigned territory to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. - Manage and maintain project milestones assigned. - Manage and maintain key customer/account metrics and reporting - Develop and maintain communication rhythms with each customer based on their needs - Oversee tactical issues with each account as they may arise - Collaborate with other groups to align on operating interactions and processes.
