Junior Analyst, FP&A (part-time)

ServiceTitan is a SaaS company that provides a business management software solution to the Home Services vertical and is seeking a Part-Time Junior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic startup. This role may be located in our Headquarters, in Glendale, CA or may potentially be remote. This position will report to the Senior Manager of FP&A, and will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast paced environment and enjoy making an impact on a rapidly growing tech startup. The applicant will be a passionate, hard-working individual with some experience/knowledge in FP&A and accounting. This opportunity will play a supporting role within the FP&A team that partners with Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Enablement.
What you'll do:

• Update forecast templates using Adaptive Planning (budgeting tool)
• Prepare monthly forecast and accrual files
• Assist with month end close review process
• Prepare and update the monthly forecast calendar
• Update and validate various financial metric reports
• Documentation of process and procedures
• Provide support within FP&A as needed
• Other tasks as required

What you'll bring:

• Junior or Senior in a 4 year accredited college majoring in Accounting or Finance. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Word.
• Self-motivated fast learner with a strong work ethic and a desire to complete work on time.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and some accounting or finance experience a plus.
