What you’ll need to be successful:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and life cycles.

This will be considered a plus:

• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
• Hands-on experience in IT or software development projects.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
