This role provides an exciting opportunity to support high-touch donor engagement programs through operational coordination, data management, and reporting excellence. You will work cross-functionally to maintain accurate donor records, support financial tracking, and manage membership and event workflows that enhance the overall donor experience. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring smooth execution of key programs. You will play a critical role in streamlining processes, improving data systems, and contributing to meaningful interactions with major supporters. This is a hands-on position with impact across reporting, operations, and project coordination, offering exposure to strategic initiatives in a mission-driven environment. Accountabilities:

  • Maintain accurate donor data, membership tracking, and Salesforce updates, ensuring integrity across multiple systems.
  • Support financial coordination including pledge approvals, reporting alignment, and monthly reconciliation preparation.
  • Assist with operational workflows for donor programs, including list preparation, event registration, merchandise coordination, and donor communications.
  • Generate and maintain reports and dashboards, conduct audits, and provide data insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project tasks such as onboarding new members, impact report preparation, and coordinating donor gifts or materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and strengthen operational systems.
  • Provide occasional onsite support for major donor events and trips as needed.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 1–2 years of experience in operations, nonprofit programs, or revenue operations.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and strong data management skills.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards (Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple products).
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while taking initiative to solve problems.
    • Bonus: Project management or copywriting experience.
