Launchpad Operations Associate

As Magic Eden continues to shape the future of NFTs, we're on the lookout for a Launchpad Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support for our Launchpad partners/creators, so they feel supported throughout their onboarding process, making sure their mints are set up for success, and resolving their issues quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a true degen who lives and breathes NFTs, have a strong technical aptitude, and ​​have the ability to maintain composure during high-stress periods and efficiently resolve any difficulties or challenges encountered.

LOCATION: North America or Western Europe

Responsibilities:

• ME Launchpad Mint Setup: Ensure the seamless setup of ME (Mint Experience) Launchpad mints to guarantee a defect-free experience for users. This involves leveraging basic knowledge of various blockchain technologies and proficiency in programming tools such as Github and Linux command line tools
• Partner Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with Launchpad (LP) partners to facilitate their mint setup for success. Provide dedicated support and guidance to partners throughout the onboarding process and continue to offer assistance until the completion of their mint.
• Problem Solving: Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills to tackle novel situations that may arise during the minting process. Maintain composure during high-stress periods and efficiently resolve any difficulties or challenges encountered, ensuring a smooth and successful minting experience for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all operational initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently
• Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant documents to ensure the smooth running of operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes, policies, and procedures
• Monitor user feedback and suggest changes to improve the user experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and proficiency in Github and Linux command line tools
• Active participation in the NFT community– you live and breathe NFTs
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology
• A genuine passion for helping customers and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software and online platforms
• Experience in database management, data analysis, and spreadsheets
• Ability to work independently and act as a strong team player
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing support role is preferred

The compensation for this position will vary based on geography and other factors (including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations). The base salary range for this role for the United States is $60,000 - $75,000. Additionally, this full-time role is eligible to receive benefits, as well as participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer package will be at the company’s sole discretion.
