Lead Application Architect -- Remote

Position Purpose:

Leads in the development and creation of database system designs and architectures in line with the organization's technical needs.

Maintains documentation of diagrams, processes, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and change management logs.

A strong understanding of event-driven architecture, such as using message queues and event streams, handling and managing event-driven data flow, and implementing distributed systems and services that respond to events for the AWS cloud.

Technical feasibility assessment, recommendation of tools and products needed to address cognitive challenges (IA, OCR, NLP, Unstructured data) in process automation.

Troubleshoot and design technical work arounds for difficult automation problems.

Education/Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).

Requires 5 - 7 years of related experience.

Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.

Technical Skills:

Hand-on experience with AWS Services, Proficiency in a wide range of AWS services like Lambda (for serverless computing), API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, and Step Functions

Deep understanding of designing and implementing serverless or microservices architectures, good to have event-driven Architecture Knowledge

Experience with Jenkins, GitHub or similar CI/CD technologies

License/Certification:

AWS Certified Solution Architect required

(UiARD) UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer preferred

Certified Pega Robotics System Architect preferred
