You will impact the business in tangible, visible ways and always have a seat at the table.We are looking for a Lead iOS Platform Engineer for our Mobile team in our San Francisco office or remotely. As one of our Lead Mobile engineers at Stitch Fix, you will work with product and technical stakeholders and other native mobile engineering team members to design, break down, implement and ship user-facing features for the native mobile applications. You will help lead technical decision making on the Mobile team, guiding the architecture of how we build major new mobile efforts at Stitch Fix as we vastly broaden the impact of mobile across Stitch Fix. You will provide thoughtful and careful feedback to other engineers on their implementations. You will help ensure that each iteration for teams you work with is a successful one by focusing on both near-term goals and strategic goals for the future. You will also mentor other engineers and help guide close stakeholders from other disciplines such as Product and Design. We cannot succeed without creative engineers. Your cross-functional team will propose and build solutions to move the state of the art of Stitch Fix mobile technology forwards.About the TechnologyTechnologies we rely on to pursue solutions to business problems include:

- As an iOS platform team we impact the client experience and developer experience for our partner teams. We have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of technical projects. A few of our recent projects have included everything from building out our design system to improving UI performance and accessibility, reducing build times, optimizing CI performance, and improving our architecture.

Compensation and Benefits
Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. In addition, the position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. Applicants should apply via our internal or external careers site.
Salary Range
$156,000—$201,000 USD
