What You’ll Do • Complete full-system HVAC installations for residential customers — no sales, no pressure, just great work. • Use our field app to stay on schedule, track jobs, and report completion details quickly. • Partner with teammates and operations staff to ensure every job runs smoothly from start to finish. • Communicate clearly with homeowners about system operations and care tips. • Follow all local codes and company safety protocols. What You Bring • 4+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience, including residential systems. • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time, and solve problems on-site. • EPA Certified; NATE Certification is a bonus, not a requirement. • A reliable work truck or van (optional based on your equipment setup). • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Physically able to lift, bend, and work in crawl spaces or attics as needed.
