Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

This role provides the opportunity to lead and execute instrumentation and control (I&C) engineering projects for the modernization and upgrade of nuclear power plants. The Lead Engineer will oversee both small- and large-scale projects, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and structural teams to ensure technical execution and timely delivery. Responsibilities include designing digital control systems, preparing technical specifications, managing resources, and serving as the client and vendor interface to maintain project quality and compliance. The position requires troubleshooting complex systems, reviewing design documentation, and supporting project implementation on-site.
