This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Product Designer based in the United States.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the design of innovative digital products that solve complex business challenges across a wide range of industries. In this role, you will guide product experiences from initial discovery through launch, partnering closely with clients, engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform ambiguity into impactful solutions. The position offers significant ownership and influence, requiring both hands-on design execution and leadership throughout the product lifecycle. Accountabilities

  • Lead end-to-end product design engagements, guiding projects from discovery and strategy through implementation and launch.
  • Partner directly with clients and internal stakeholders to define business objectives, uncover user needs, and translate insights into effective product solutions.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, alignment sessions, design reviews, and user feedback activities to drive informed decision-making.
  • Own the creation of user experiences across UX and UI design, interactive prototypes, user flows, visual design, and product architecture.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, leveraging findings to influence product strategy and improve customer outcomes.
  • Design data-rich experiences, dashboards, and analytical interfaces that simplify complex information and support user decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development to ensure design quality, technical feasibility, and successful product delivery.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products and platforms.
  • Perform design quality assurance reviews and ensure final implementations align with the intended user experience.
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled design workflows and emerging technologies to improve processes, accelerate learning, and enhance product innovation.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 7 years of professional product design experience with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products.
    • Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept to launch, including both new product creation and iterative product improvements.
    • Strong expertise in UX design, UI design, interaction design, prototyping, user research, and information architecture.
    • Experience facilitating client-facing workshops, stakeholder discussions, and collaborative design sessions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence diverse audiences.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
    • Deep understanding of design systems and scalable design practices.
    • Experience integrating AI tools into product design workflows and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies responsibly.
    • Proficiency in designing complex products involving data visualization, analytics, operational workflows, or enterprise software.
    • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of outcomes while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
