The focus of the new CS Product Innovation team is to collaborate closely with Product and Engineering (P&E) as well as Business Apps (BA) to guarantee the success of development and release of “new” products for our customers as well as Celonis.

Key responsibilities of the team are to collaborate with the responsible P&E and BA teams during the design and initial development of new products, work closely with all involved teams on the first customer engagements to guarantee its success and initially build up first time knowledge and experience to help Celonis Services to scale this knowledge and experience within our complete organization.

Additional focus of the close collaborations will be on incubating product innovation and influencing (the respective) product roadmap.

The Role:

As a Product Incubation Consultant you’ll be one of the first to collaborate with Product & Engineering as well as Business Apps in the development of new products to guarantee its initial success. You will be the first to implement the latest product(s) at selected customers to drive outcomes and document the knowledge and experience for future scale within Celonis Services while supporting the evolution of the early stage products.

The work you'll do:

• Pilot latest Celonis product innovation at selected customers and drive its success in close cross-departmental collaboration
• Be a key player in our agile Celonis implementation project team, delivering optimal solutions that meet customer needs and solve pain points leveraging our latest prototypes and products
• Leverage latest Celonis technology to uncover process inefficiencies and understand root causes in close collaboration with customers and Celonis teams
• Facilitate customer workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies
• Build strong cross functional relationships relaying customer and product needs to be addressed, esp. across Celonis Services, Business Apps and Product & Engineering organizations
• Focus on documenting gained experience and knowledge to share broadly within Celonis Services in close collaboration with expert teams

The qualifications you need:

• 6+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
• Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
• Extensive experience in implementing and using Celonis’ current products
• Experience & interest in working closely with technology, product and engineering departments.
• Strong proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...) and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• Excellent analytical skills, well organized and known for being a quick learner
• Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
• Strong desire to learn, innovate and share knowledge
• Strong customer facing skills earning the trust through polished professionalism
• A solution-oriented professional that enjoys deep technical discussions as much as transferring your technical knowledge into understandable terms to a broader audience
