About the Job: Responsibilities:As the Lead Sr. Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s Salesforce implementation to ensure that the platform is being used as effectively as possible. You will work closely with key stakeholders to set strategy and manage day to day operations of the Salesforce team. You will be responsible for a small 1-2 person team of Salesforce Administrators that will look to you for coaching and skill development. As an agile leader, you will be responsible for ticket prioritization leading up to and execution of work during our 2 week sprint periods. As a Sr. Administrator you will keep the business moving forward by building and maintaining flows, validation rules, layouts, reporting, security management, ETL tools and process builders, third party app integrations, custom object creation, app integrations, system updates and audits, testing and permission management. Partnership with our Salesforce Admins and Developers in addition to Cross functional partners in Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Data Engineering, Finance and others will be key to your success.
Skills / Experience You Have:- 5+ years of experience administering Salesforce organizations to meet business environments
- 2+ years experience working in an agile environment
- Currently certified as a Salesforce Administrator
- Comfortable leading strategy discussions and data driven decisions
- Ability to set SMART goals and identify Key Performance Indicators to track success and improvement
- Experienced with data management, manipulation, visualization, and reporting
- Ability to use and implement out of the box SFDC functionality
- Team player who assume positive intent with strong communication abilities
- 2+ years of experience managing people
- Up to date on SFDC feature releases
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Project management experience
- All roles at SmartAsset are currently and will remain remote - flexibility to work from anywhere in the US.
