Lead/Director of Technical Program Management

• Day to day management of engineers, including scrum ceremonies and ensuring action items are documented and followed up on.
• Manage a variety of projects, be able to wear many hats, ultimately hold people accountable, including remote engineering team members.
• Coordinate communication with Product Managers, especially where additional scoping is needed.
• Introduce scalable, repeatable processes that help engineering and product teams deliver a successful product.
• Be the source of truth for status on product and engineering projects.
• Partner closely with CEO, CTO, and product teams to manage change as the team grows and shifts in structure.
• Recommend new features for our product to help you do your job more efficiently.
• Foster and grow culture of striving for efficient code and craft team processes that ensure long term health and team cohesion.
• Manage 1:1s with the engineering team.
• Partner closely with CTO to manage growth and career paths for engineers.

• 7+ years of TPM and relevant work experience
• Experience with project management apps
• Experience with Agile practices
• Experience working with teams building highly-distributed, large-scale solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
