Accountabilities:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in leadership, management, business ownership, consulting, or senior corporate roles with proven professional maturity.

- High level of self-discipline and autonomy, with the ability to operate independently in a self-employed environment.
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills, with the ability to build trust and guide meaningful conversations.
