Job Description
Leads-Business Operations for White Plains, NY location. Support creating project scopes and analytic approaches in response to business data requests. Develop strategic and quantitative analyses and actionable solutions involving large, banking datasets. Create customized data sets for KPIs, Industry Trends, and customer level analyses. Manage multiple analytics projects from end-to-end, identify key objectives and effectively communicate findings with internal stakeholders. Lead efforts to identify issues and recommend solutions to improve process efficiencies, report automation, technologies, and methodologies. Automate and optimize reports. Oversee development of direct reports and provide technical support, oversight and training to junior team members across projects. Technical environment: SQL, AWS, Cloud Tools, Tableau, Excel, PPT.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Analytics or Computer Engineering or any Engineering or related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or in data analytics required. Required Skills: experience performing data analytics, developing quantitative analyses & creating customized data sets for KPIs, Industry Trends, and customer level analyses; automation & optimization of reports; SQL, cloud tools, Tableau; AWS; project management in client-facing role. Some telecommuting permitted.
