We are looking for a Learning Coordinator who will manage our extensive training calendar, provide exemplary customer support, and organize resources to optimize team capacity and capabilities. This role will work directly with our Director of Technical Enablement, development and delivery teams, to help the team excel and provide our customers a delightful experience with DISCO University.

• Lead projects from start to finish, report on progress, and share results. Provide perspective & recommendations.

You are somebody who thoroughly enjoys being helpful, creating order, and helping teammates perform. You’re an excellent manager of calendars, communicator, and problem solver. Project management and collaborating with others excites you. Most importantly, you’re uniquely skilled at coordinating individuals and aligning systems and processes with needs.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 4+ years’ professional experience managing calendars, resources, and projects
• Experienced coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Organizer extraordinaire, including developing and adhering to processes
• Passionate about helping people and providing excellent customer service
• Communicates in a professional and supportive manner
• Manages projects with a variety of responsibilities & teammates 
• Proficient with Office, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and other professional software

• Experience or expertise in the legal industry or education
• Experience using learning management systems
• Experience supervising others
