Learning & Development Intern - Part Time

Modivcare is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Learning & Development Intern to support the Corporate Training team with projects and initiatives that enhance the company's continued growth and operations. You will engage in mentorship and networking opportunities with leaders across the organization, and you will acquire experience and insight into our Corporate Training operations.
You will report to the Manager of Learning & Development. The internship is Part Time, and the duration is flexible. The internship is available to start Fall 2022.

- Serve as a key liaison for the Cultivate class participants, by assisting in course enrollment, rescheduling classes, and tracking attendance
- Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including reports and presentations
- Review and develop reference materials and job aids as needed
- Manage communication (e.g., email or verbal) for the department with internal constituencies
- Work collaboratively with various departments across the organization
- Support the Corporate Training team with day-to-day operations
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related degree program
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
- Willingness to learn, tackle new projects, and develop skills along the way
- Open to feedback and investing in your own continuous improvement

- Proven leadership history in a club or organization

Salary Range: $20-$25/hourly
