Tablo serves as a single enterprise solution that can be utilized across the continuum of care, allowing dialysis to be delivered anytime, anywhere and by anyone.  The integration of water purification and on-demand dialysate production enables Tablo to serve as a dialysis clinic on wheels, with 2-way wireless data transmission and a proprietary data analytics platform powering a new holistic approach to dialysis care. 

Position Overview

The Learning and Technology Specialist provides technical leadership in support of Outset’s learning management system and learning technologies.  This role is responsible for the support, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources for employees and customers.

Essential Job Functions

  • Learning Management System
    • Manage all aspects of the learning management system including internal user accounts, course/learning plan lifecycle and assignments, troubleshooting, and reporting.
    • Create courses, enter sessions/events, and update course attendance.
    • Report on the efficacy of online training programs quarterly.
    • Works with instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to course SCORM content.
    • Assist in evaluating and identifying ways to automate, streamline, and improve day-to-day maintenance and administrative practices.
    • Participate in the implementation of system upgrades.
    • Maintains liaison with the LMS supplier for product issue escalation, product enhancement requests, and product news such as upcoming release features and schedules.
    • Function as point of contact for escalation issues.
  • Learning Technologies
    • Manage learning technologies including user provisioning, library maintenance, customer pages, and shared experiences.
  • Develop requirements, workflows, and operating procedures for the learning management system and learning technologies.
    • Maintain communication between Commercial, Technical Service, Support, and Training teams to provide feedback and support.
    • Participate in the rollout of new or upgraded technology.
  • Partner with a cross-functional team to manage vendor credentialing.
  • Provide support to the Training team as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with all facets of LMS administration.
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of service; do what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction; deal with customer issues and prioritize customer needs.
  • Able to clearly present information through the spoken or written word; read and interpret complex information.
  • Able to prepare for problems or opportunities in advance; undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision.
  • Manage multiple projects and determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way.
  • Display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment; work closely with other departments as necessary; support group decisions and solicit opinions from coworkers.

  • Bachelors degree preferred

The Annual Salary Range for this role will be:  $75,000-  $115,000*
