This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to build a long-term, career-focused path in the health insurance industry while supporting members with their Medicare coverage needs year-round.
You will work in a high-volume, client-facing environment handling inbound and outbound interactions to guide individuals through plan selection and enrollment.
The position is centered on relationship-building, consultative sales, and delivering tailored Medicare solutions aligned with client healthcare needs.
You will have access to multiple major insurance carriers, enabling you to offer a wide range of plan options including Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D.
This is a fully remote, W2 position designed to provide stability, flexibility, and continuous professional development.
You will be part of a performance-driven yet supportive environment with structured training and ongoing coaching.

Accountabilities:

  • Handle primarily outbound calls with additional inbound opportunities to assist clients with Medicare plan selection and enrollment.
  • Guide members through Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D Prescription Drug Plan options tailored to their healthcare needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, carrier updates, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant recommendations.
  • Complete all policy-related documentation accurately and ensure full compliance with CMS and state guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously improve performance and knowledge.
  • Build and manage a personal book of business, providing ongoing support to members and driving long-term retention and renewals.

  • Requirements:

    • Active resident Health Insurance License in good standing.
    • AHIP certification (2027 compliant).
    • Ability to be appointed with carriers, including required non-resident state licensing (minimum 9 states).
    • Prior sales experience with a proven ability to close and manage client relationships.
    • Strong communication skills with comfort using virtual platforms and remote tools.
    • Ability to comply with CMS guidelines and insurance regulatory requirements.
    • Self-sufficient work setup with reliable home office equipment and computer proficiency.
    • Coachable mindset with openness to feedback, continuous learning, and performance improvement.
