What You’ll Do:
• Handleinbound and outbound callsto support customers with payments, billing, policy changes, and new applications.
• Deliverconsultative, solution-focused conversationsthat connect customers with the right life insurance and financial products.
• Stay sharp by maintaining compliance withregulatory requirementsand company standards.
• Grow your expertise by obtaining and maintainingmulti-state insurance licenses(with our support).
What You Bring:
• Life and Health Insurance licensein your resident state (required at the time of hire).
• 1–2 years ofcall center customer service experience, with proven success in sales or consultative service.
• Strong communication skills — you know how to connect, listen, and influence.
• The ability to multitask and stay focused in a high-energy environment.
