We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Licensing Associate to support global licensing strategy regulatory applications and communications and license maintenance for our stablecoin and related financial services products. This role will work cross-functionally with Legal Compliance Risk Finance Product and external counsel to prepare submit and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with experience in financial services licensing fintech payments banking or digital assets who thrives in fast-paced evolving regulatory environments.

• 5-10 years of experience in financial services licensing regulatory compliance fintech payments banking or digital assets.

• Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission e-money VASP/virtual asset licensing or similar frameworks.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams.

• Experience working at a fintech crypto stablecoin payments or banking institution.

• Exposure to global licensing regimes (U.S. state MTLs EU EMI/PI licenses MAS FCA VARA etc.).

• Experience coordinating with regulators or external counsel.

• Understanding of AML/CFT sanctions compliance and risk frameworks.

• Legal or compliance background (JD not required).
