Lifestyle Family Medicine | Southern CO Ski Resort | 2 Days per Week Option

An award-winning Critical-Access Hospital located in Southern Colorado Ski Country are seeking a full-time or part-time Family Medicine physician to join their team.

This is a unique. lifestyle position that allows you to enjoy the incredible Colorado outdoors year-round with a 2 or 4-day work week, no call, and low patient volumes.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 5 FM physicians and 5 APP's
• Average patient volume of 12-14 per day
• Monday-Thursday schedule, 4 day work week
• Option for part-time or 2, 10-hour shifts per week
• 1.0 FTE compensation includes a Base Salary Guarantee of $240K. Sign-on of $20K, Relocation, 26 days of PTO
• Retirement plan with 6% match, Full and Comprehensive Benefits plan, and $6K in CME
