You:

As our new Transportation Analyst at Cisco Meraki, you will be responsible for improving logistics and supply chain operations by tracking network performance and suggesting improvements. Your role will be crucial in our end-to-end delivery network, as you collaborate with internal and external partners to increase fulfillment efficiency. With your ability to generate data-driven insights, you will be able to build consensus across the organization to enhance the Cisco Meraki customer delivery experience.

• Maintain and enhance cost metrics, network flow metrics, carrier performance targets, and on-time delivery metrics to drive improvement and enhance the customer experience.
• Understand supply chain tradeoffs between transportation, DC shipping operations, and inventory availability then identify opportunities for improvements.
• Partner with carriers to optimize transportation sourcing to reduce costs and drive consistency.
• Aid in evaluating and proposing tools that will optimize and automate business processes, and work with cross-functional teams to put them into action.
• Research and stay current on industry trends and regulations related to transportation and logistics.

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly communicate reasoning behind solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with extracting data and generating reports through database queries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS software is an added benefit.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
