Looking for Electrician foreman/project manager for growing business

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced working Project Manager/ Foreman to join our team. This role will involve overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects are managed effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid background in construction management, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Duties • Manage and oversee projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications. • Conduct quality control inspections on-site to maintain high standards of construction. • Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules and manage resources effectively. • Supervise construction site activities, ensuring safety regulations (OSHA) are followed. • Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions. Qualifications • Proven experience in construction management or a related field. • Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques and methodologies. • Experience in managing contracts and understanding contractual obligations. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on problem-solving capabilities. • Previous experience in supervising teams on construction sites is preferred. • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards within the construction industry is essential. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
