What you will do

We are looking for an individual to fill a new role dedicated to driving our Long/Short Research Analyst engagement and retention strategy.

As the Analyst Program Manager, you will shape and implement the multiple initiatives we have designed to engage and develop our L/S Research Analyst population. You will engage daily with Research Analysts to understand their needs, develop solutions, and foster stronger ties among our Analysts, their peers, and leadership. You will have the opportunity to make this function your own, with responsibilities including:

• Maintaining a database of our Research Analysts to track and drive engagement and development efforts
• Owning the process for creating and maintaining personal development plans for Analysts
• Running the bi-annual Analyst review process
• Creating and maintaining an Analyst communications strategy
• Owning the L/S Equities calendar of events
• Engaging with Analysts informally to surface issues and build relationships

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Highly developed organization and project management skills
• Ability to manage and extract insights from large data sets
• High levels of energy and creativity to drive retention initiatives
• Ability to work closely and empathize with others, as well as recognize common patterns amongst people
• Experience overseeing and managing both people and processes

The annual base salary range is $250,000-$300,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
