Our ideal candidate arrives with an active social and would be interested in organizing events, understands designer fashion and fine-jewelry markets, and can create private events that resonate with our sophisticated North County clientele. Key Responsibilities • Client Development:Leverage your personal client book to cultivate repeat business and drive high-value sales. • Brand & Style Expertise:Confidently represent our mix of exclusive designer apparel and handcrafted jewelry, understanding current trends and our discerning demographic. • Event Creation:Plan and host private shopping events, trunk shows, and brand collaborations using your professional network. • Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that strengthens long-term client relationships. • Maintain pristine store presentation and manage transactions via Lightspeed POS. Qualifications • Proven luxury retail backgroundwith an established client portfolio and history of exceeding sales goals. • Strong understanding of high-end fashion and fine-jewelry brands and the Southern California luxury market. • Demonstrated success planning and executing private events or VIP experiences. • Polished, professional presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward ambitious revenue targets.
