LVN Job Duties Include: • LVN will do Resident routine evaluations • LVN's complete Hot Rack and Routine charting in Point Click Care • LVN performs Medication Administration working with CMAs • LVNs will Communicate with the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and DON as needed • LVN's provide Supervision of CNA's • LVN updates Individualized Care for the Residents Harbor Valley Health and Rehab offers 401k to all staff.
