Managed Services Provider, Principal Program Manager

Job Summary:

As the Principal Program Manager, Managed Services Provider (MSP) you will oversee and manage our company's managed services division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the managed services division, including growth plans, service offerings, and operational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP’s, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
• Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring SLAs are met, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to enable them to deliver high-quality services.
• Partner with Support Delivery and the wider support teams to ensure readiness for new MSP onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managed services or support delivery.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong understanding of managed services delivery models, including remote management and monitoring, service desk, and cloud-based services.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a budget and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
