Role Overview
As a Management Consulting Associate Manager, you will design and implement business solutions that drive industry, functional, and technology transformations. You will help define strategies to achieve client business objectives, analyse current state environments, and shape future-state processes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define strategies and actionable plans to support client business objectives
Analyse current state processes and design improved business solutions using established methods and tools
Lead workstreams within transformation programs, ensuring delivery against timelines and outcomes
Support implementation of solutions across process, technology, and organisational change
Drive change initiatives and interventions to support adoption and long-term impact
Engage client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and communicate insights clearly
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in management consulting, advisory, or transformation environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience assessing and improving business processes or operating models
Ability to manage workstreams and deliver high-quality client outcomes
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, project-based environments
