We're Hiring | Management Consulting – Manager, Senior Manager & Principal Director (Melbourne & Sydney)

The Talent practice at Accenture Australia is growing, and we're looking for experienced Change Management and HR Transformation consultants to join our team.

We partner with some of Australia's largest organisations to deliver complex, large-scale transformation programs across HR reinvention, Enterprise Operating Model, Talent & Workforce, Learning, Leadership Acceleration and Organisation Change and Experience.

What we are looking for
Consulting experience is essential. We're particularly interested in candidates who have delivered transformation programs within a consulting environment and can confidently engage senior client stakeholders. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in major consulting firms, boutique consultancies, or specialist transformation advisory practices.

We are hiring across Manager (CL7), Senior Manager (CL6) and Principal Director (CL5) levels.

We're looking for experience in:

🔹 Organisation change management and adoption
🔹 HR operating model design and Organisation design
🔹 Workforce strategy, future of work and workforce planning
🔹 Learning, talent and skills transformation
🔹 HR technology transformation (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
🔹 Leading workstreams, teams and client relationships on complex transformation programs
