Position summary
The Business Operations & Strategy team partners with Global Revenue leaders to drive day to day business cadence and provides thought partnership on strategic initiatives. Our team fosters a culture of continuous improvement and increasing efficiency. Cross-functional in nature, this role requires high collaboration with sales, finance, yield/pricing, compensation, marketing, and product. The ideal candidate is a critically thinking self-starter, with a bias towards execution.
Key responsibilities of the Manager, Business Operations & Strategy include:

• Business Operations Team Support: help to execute on strategies, or projects, developed by senior members of the team
• Business problem solving: Identify issues, design solutions, and see through implementation with support of senior leadership
• Workflow/process creation and management: support execution of identified opportunities for sales process improvement or gaps that require new process creation. Evaluate processes with an eye towards clarity, efficiency, scalability, accuracy.
• Ongoing support daily business operations: help senior leaders on team manage day to day responsibilities aligned to sales leaders such as SPIFFs, quota alignments, quarterly OKRs, T&E, resourcing and weekly reporting.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree.
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience in digital media or in an operations role.
• Proven leader with experience working with senior level executives.

If hired for this position in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $94,125.00 - $156,875.00. The compensation may vary depending on your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include additional incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, plus equity incentives. Yahoo provides industry-leading benefits including healthcare, retirement, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave and an employee assistance program.
