Manager, Engineering (Integrations)

We are looking for an experienced technical leader who is people-focused to lead the development and support of a world-class Integration Platform (iPaaS) across leading CRM providers (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and similar).
Help us lead and promote process improvements, manage performance, and encourage each team member to achieve success!
Facilitate close collaboration with other teams and individuals on design, development, testing, documentation, and production tasks in support of the business objectives.

• Lead teams to innovate and solve problems of high ambiguity and high impact
• Customer focused and comfortable with helping all types of customers ranging from partners, executives, to developers
• Work together with the product team to align the team with and execute on product and business goals.
• Mentor and encourage other engineers, further an innovation engineering culture, and help to build a highly self-motivated team
• Review and drive design decisions, priorities and timelines
• Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and technical expertise, and practical experience building and supporting large-scale SaaS platforms and data integrations
• Draw from your deep and broad technical and management expertise to mentor senior engineers, provide leadership on sophisticated technical issues, design tradeoffs, and feature and schedule prioritization

• Strong ownership and bias for action; ability to internalize goals and work independently to build appropriate action plans for those goals
• The right candidate will bring a good mix of experience with integration platforms, project and product management abilities, and a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach
• 3+ yrs management experience (including a combination of hiring, managing performance, and producing technical leadership)
• 2+ years cloud development experience
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges

• Direct experience developing custom enterprise-grade integration platform (iPaaS) and integrations with leading CRMs (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, or similar)
