Manager, Investor Relations

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office. The specified high value hybrid days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

• Support the senior executive team in building relationships with investors and analysts, effectively communicating the company's story.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of key business drivers and metrics. Contribute to the development of the company's public narrative and demonstrate a strong grasp of the competitive landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Corporate Communication, and Legal, to create clear and compelling messaging for the financial community. This includes contributing to earnings calls, investor presentations, and non-deal roadshows.

• Assist in planning and executing quarterly earnings results, including timely dissemination of press releases, and preparation of speaker scripts.

• Develop and maintain accurate consensus models, valuation analyses, stock market summaries, and other quantitative materials.

• Monitor and distribute peer group research and practices by tracking research reports, news, earnings calls, and relevant resources and communicate key takeaways to management. Summarize institutional ownership trends and leverage data-driven insights to shape corporate access strategy.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of investor contacts and communications and respond to investor inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential investors.

• Manage investor meetings and conference presentations, handling logistics, providing background materials, and preparing senior executives.

• Collaborate with corporate communications to develop and disseminate internal and external messaging related to financial results, product announcements, and corporate developments.

• Provide information for the investor relations section of the company website.

• Prepare materials for the Board of Directors and other internal audiences related to investor relations activities, share ownership, and valuation.

• Manage ad hoc projects and investigations as required.

• Occasional travel for investor meetings as required

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in relevant financial modeling roles (e.g., investment banking, investor relations, asset management).

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)

• Proficiency in financial modeling. While not required, experience with financial research tools such as FactSet or Capital IQ is a plus

• Proven understanding of capital markets

• Proficient in data analysis

• Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Self-starter who is capable of taking initiative, multitasking and solving problems in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
