  • Collaborate across communications, marketing, and digital teams to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize reach
  • Requirements

This role requires experience in membership-driven organizing, advocacy communications, or political mobilization, along with strong strategic and executional capabilities in fast-moving, multi-stakeholder environments.

    • 3–5+ years of experience in membership engagement, organizing, advocacy communications, campaigning, or related fields
    • Demonstrated experience building or managing membership mobilization or large-scale engagement programs
    • Strong writing and messaging skills with the ability to tailor tone and content for diverse audiences
    • Experience managing multi-channel communications campaigns (email, SMS, digital advocacy tools)
    • Familiarity with CRM and organizing tools such as Salesforce, VAN, Mobilize, or similar platforms
    • Strong understanding of political, civic, or climate advocacy ecosystems and audience motivation strategies
    • Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable communication strategies
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across field, policy, and communications teams
    • Comfort communicating with diverse audiences across geographic, cultural, and political contexts
    • Self-starter with a proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, and evolving organizational environment
    • Benefits

      • Annual salary range: $78,000 – $83,000 (commensurate with experience)
