Meet the Enterprise IT team:
Our Enterprise IT team is a small but mighty group of doers. We collaborate across every department, from Sales to Engineering, to ensure that everyone has the resources that they need to do their job successfully. About the job:
The Manager of IT will lead our Enterprise IT function, apply technical expertise to solve problems and deliver innovative IT solutions. This role directly reports into the Chief Information Security Officer, and liaises heavily with internal and external partners to ensure that business solutions are efficiently delivered.
What youāll do:
- Lead our current Enterprise IT team and build out the team as the company grows
- Own the ongoing deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of all IT systems
- Manage the implementation and configuration of SaaS applications within Okta to improve the delivery of services
- Administer vendor, 3rd party service provider and consultant contracts
- Partner with security teams to recommend and implement security measures that best protect data assets
- Provide updates and effectively communicate across teams and throughout all levels of the company, including executive leadership
- Address IT-related changes and support requests through optimal project management
- Deliver training and support for technology platforms
What you need:
- 5+ years of Enterprise IT experience and 1+ year as a People Manager
- Technical expertise including Okta, Jira and Jamf
- Player/coach ability to both lead and innovate while simultaneously completing day-to-day IT activities (e.g. SaaS application configurations or troubleshooting)
- Willingness to learn, adapt, fail, and grow (professional growth mindset)
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Bachelorās degree highly preferred
- Knowledge of networking a plus

- Location: This is a fully-remote role that may sit anywhere in the United States. You're welcome to work from our DC, Austin, Chicago or New York office if you're in-region!
